Selleys SolarFlex UV Weather Protection Silicone Sealant
Selleys SolarFlex provides superior weather protection from ultraviolet (UV) radiation and other harsh weather elements. This silicone sealant offers long-lasting flexibility, water-tight seal with 10-year guarantee, and can be applied to wet or damp surfaces. Suitable for concrete, timber, metals, cement sheeting, brick, plasterboard, ceramic tiles, fibreglass, and most plastics. Features include non-bubbling formula, better curing and extrudability at temperatures above 5°C with no slump, and paintability with water-based paints after 60-90 minutes. Low VOC formulation.

| Directions for Use | 1. Ensure substrates are clean and free of oil, grease or loose particles. 2. Cut seal and nozzle and fit to cartridge, then place in caulking gun. 3. Hold caulking gun at 45° angle and gun sealant ahead of nozzle ensuring product is pushed into joint. 4. For neat joints, use masking tape on both sides of the joint and remove before skinning. 5. Tool with a soapy solution before skinning occurs. For optimal joint design, use non-absorbent backing material (e.g. polyethylene backer rod) and appropriate joint width/depth.
