Selleys FlameFlex Fire-Rated Sealant
High-performance fire-rated sealant for sealing construction joints and gaps. Fire rated up to 4 hours according to AS1530.4, complies with BCA acoustic requirements. No primer required on most surfaces. Suitable for concrete, brick, timber, plaster, cement sheeting, metals, and most plastics. Moisture curing silyl-modified polymer (SMP) technology with ±20% movement capability and service temperature range of -40°C to 90°C.
