Application Guidelines
Surface Preparation
Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dirt, grease, oil, or water to ensure optimal bonding performance.
Application Method
- Ensure surfaces are dry and free from oil, grease, and dust
- Cut cartridge tip and fit nozzle, then cut to desired opening (5mm)
- Apply bead along length of joist, stud, or batten
- On broad flat surfaces, apply beads every 40 cm
- Bring surfaces together within the first 5 minutes
- Fix with sufficient nails, screws, or clamping to hold load and achieve contact
- Allow minimum 24 hours before removing temporary fasteners

The product should be used with mechanical fasteners (nails or screws) to hold load and achieve contact over the total bond area, particularly in high-stress applications.
Cleanup and Storage
Cleanup: Uncured product may be removed with water. Cured product can be removed by scraping or sanding.
