Application Instructions
Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are free from oil, grease, and dust. Wipe off any pooled water from wet timber.
Application: Apply a 5mm bead of adhesive using a caulking gun along the length of joist, stud, or batten. On broad flat surfaces, apply beads every 40cm. Immediately press the two surfaces firmly together and fix with sufficient nails, screws, or clamping.
Cleaning: Uncured product may be removed with water and soap. Cured product can be removed by scraping or sanding.
Limitations
- Avoid using in tightly clamped joints (e.g., cabinet making joinery)
- Not suitable for permanent water immersion
- Not recommended for roofing applications
- Do not use as the sole bonding agent for structural bonding
- Pre-test plastics for compatibility; not suitable for PTFE, PE, or PP
- Do not use to adhere metal, rubber, marble, and synthetic engineered timber
